About

The INSA Early Childhood Program is an educational and consulting model that guides preschool institutions.
A changing world, evolving technology, and a diverse student and parent profile... We support schools in developing a strong, up-to-date, and child-centered approach amid all these transformations.
Our goal is to provide an educational experience that is appropriate to human nature, where children can take ownership of their own learning, and where curiosity and discovery are central. Our unique curriculum, designed for children aged 36–72 months, recognizes that the early childhood period is the most critical years for development. Therefore, our program focuses not only on academic outcomes but also on values, identity building, and life skills.
At the end of this journey, we aim for our children to develop into Self-Directed, Confident, Productive, Active Participants, Effective Learners, Values-Driven, Ecologically and Socially Conscious individuals. We define this goal as “Constructing Identity.”
In the INSA approach, values education is not just a lesson, subject, or activity, but a natural and continuous part of daily life. We enable children to experience fundamental human values such as love, respect, trust, justice, empathy, responsibility, helpfulness, and diligence through games, activities, and learning processes, thereby transforming them into a culture of life.
Schools' needs may vary, so our program is open to continuous development. Our consulting process is designed to suit each school's specific conditions through teacher training, implementation follow-ups, evaluation meetings, on-site visits, and family education.
