Our Special Training Programs for Implementing Schools

In-Service Training

Inşa Academy offers comprehensive in-service training programs designed specifically for implementing schools. At least two full-day opening summits held each year, with 35+ workshop options, enable teachers to strengthen their pedagogical knowledge and practical skills, provide comprehensive preparation for themes and modules to be implemented throughout the year, and create a sustainable learning culture in schools by ensuring consistency and integrity in practice.

Implementing Schools Education Network

Monthly online training sessions are planned according to the annual needs of implementing schools and conducted by expert trainers. These sessions enable teachers to keep up with current approaches to child development, learning processes, and classroom practices, while also supporting the strengthening of the learning community among schools.

Early Childhood Summit and Summit Sponsorships

Inşa Akademi brings together educators, school administrators, and experts from different regions of Turkey at its biennial Early Childhood Summit, which aims to strengthen the culture of collaborative learning in the field of early childhood. These thematic summits, featuring competent national and international speakers, provide a powerful meeting ground for updating pedagogical approaches, sharing examples of best practices, and supporting innovative thinking in education.
At the same time, in collaboration with IGEDER (Istanbul Volunteer Educators Association), it sponsors local education organizations spread across different cities throughout Turkey, contributing to the implementation of training programs tailored to the needs of each city. In the programs organized within the scope of this collaboration, Inşa workshops play an active role in supporting the accessibility of professional development across the country.
