In the Early Childhood Program, consulting is a holistic process that accompanies schools and teachers on their professional development journey, strengthens the learning culture, and supports sustainable transformation. This process allows educators to reveal their strengths, identify areas for development, and deeply internalize the program's pedagogical approach.
Consultants assigned specifically to each implementing school closely monitor teachers' development through school visits, classroom observations, department meetings, workshops, and institution-specific feedback meetings. The goal is to ensure that each school progresses most effectively within its own context, to strengthen the quality of teaching, and, most importantly, to build a strong educational culture centered on meaningful learning processes for children.
The consultation process also aims to increase the program's applicability, determine the right integration steps appropriate for each institution's structure, and ensure the program's long-term sustainability. The consulting services offered in this context include:
- Strengthening practitioners' pedagogical competencies through comprehensive in-service training
- Regular monitoring of the program through monthly department meetings
- On-site assessment and guidance of institution-specific needs through school visits conducted at least once a year (twice for new schools)
- Providing customized educational content according to the institution's needs
- Joint planning of mental and physical preparation processes for themes
- Guidance on the effective use of supplements, books, and materials included in the program
- Systematic monitoring of practitioners' feedback, expectations, and requirements
