CULTURE MODULE

Following the Traces of the Past, Understanding the Present

Children witness old ways of life, needs, events, and people by following the traces of the past; thus, they can make their present more meaningful and shape the future. On this journey, we aim to help children discover the connection between the past and the present in terms of people, time, history, and meaning by building bridges between historical places, exhibited objects, and people through museums.

The Culture Module enables children to understand the connection between history, culture, and time, establish meaningful connections with the past, and recognize the value of cultural heritage. This module takes learning beyond the classroom walls, offering opportunities to learn from old books, exhibited works, historical sites, and the life stories of heroes.

Understanding the Past is Building the Future

The game- and experience-based Culture Module invites children to trace the past. Every detail, from the texture of an ancient object to a painting, from the lines of a biography to the daily life of the past, is a learning opportunity. As children trace the past, they gain a deeper understanding of the present and the future. The Culture Module not only provides historical awareness but also lays the foundation for lifelong curiosity and cultural consciousness. A small observation made today turns into social responsibility and embracing cultural values tomorrow. Each activity is a bridge connecting the past with the present.

A New Historical Discovery Every Day

The Culture Module offers a comprehensive structure that supports children's historical awareness, cultural consciousness, and social sensitivity skills:

  • Module-specific achievements and objectives

  • Activity plans specially prepared for museums, suitable for child pedagogy in Istanbul, Ankara, and Balıkesir.

  • Virtual museum experience adaptations

  • Biography-based education applications and hero introductions

  • Museum-specific stories and narratives

  • Museum Diary (a personal space where children can record their observations and experiences)

  • Teacher's Handbook

  • Worksheets, cards, and posters aligned with program content

Each piece of content has been carefully prepared to help children connect with history and culture in a tangible way and to provide teachers with safe and systematic guidance.

Child-Friendly Cultural Experience Approach

In this module, each step is planned according to the child's curiosity and desire to learn. It does not just provide the teacher with a plan; it gives them the opportunity to discover, interpret, and comment on the past together with the children. It also provides children with a space where they can follow their own journey through history, ask questions, and record their cultural experiences.

Open the doors to a world where children encounter history, culture, and art, and gain a deeper understanding of the present by discovering the past with the Inşa Early Childhood Program Culture Module. Within the scope of the module, museums in each province are carefully researched, programs specific to that province are prepared, and comprehensive consulting support is provided. Be a guide alongside the children on this journey.
